How it works

  • 1. Order consumables on Hach eCommerce during April–May 2026
  • 2. Receive your Hach Rewards code by email after qualifying orders are processed
  • 3. Redeem in June 2026 on a qualifying consumables order

Rewards promo codes can be applied to consumables orders that meet the redemption order value for the selected Rewards amount placed on Hach eCommerce.

Rewards levels

  • Spend min. $1,000 (net) or more → Earn $100 Rewards
  • Spend min. $1,500 (net) or more → Earn $150 Rewards
  • Spend min. $2,000 (net) or more → Earn $200 Rewards

Gain up to $200 (max) in Rewards per customer account during the promotion period.

Terms & Conditions
Eligible consumables orders placed on Hach eCommerce between 1 April and 31 May 2026 qualify for Hach Rewards. Consumables refer to consumable products as determined by Hach Pacific Pty Ltd (“Hach”) which are products intended for routine use or replacement in the operation of Hach instruments, including (without limitation) reagents, chemistries, vials, standards, buffers, test kits, and similar items. Consumables will be clearly identified on the Hach eCommerce website through their product description.

Rewards codes will be emailed to the purchasing contact for qualifying orders between 1 April and 31 May 2026.

Rewards may be redeemed 1–30 June 2026 only on qualifying consumables orders placed by any user linked to the same customer account via Hach eCommerce that meet the redemption order value for the selected Rewards amount. The following net order values apply at redemption:
  • To redeem $100 Hach Rewards → minimum $1,000 net order value or more
  • To redeem $150 Hach Rewards → minimum $1,500 net order value or more
  • To redeem $200 Hach Rewards → minimum $2,000 net order value or more
Net order value refers to the invoiced value of eligible consumables excluding GST/VAT/sales taxes, shipping, handling, installation, services, and any other non‑consumable items.

Hach Rewards are capped at a maximum of $200 per customer account for the entire promotion period, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.

Offer valid for customers in Australia and New Zealand only placing their orders online through https://www.au.hach.com / https://www.nz.hach.com.

This offer is not available where prohibited by law, regulation, or customer procurement policy. By participating, the customer confirms it is permitted to participate in this offer under their internal procurement policies and applicable laws. Hach may, acting reasonably, decline to issue or honour reward codes where it identifies that participation is prohibited. Hach Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. Rewards are non transferable to any other customer account, person, or entity and non refundable and will expire upon the end of the Rewards redemption period.

Orders must be billed to and shipped to addresses associated with the customer account. Hach may cancel reward codes where it reasonably suspects misuse, including orders billed/shipped outside the customer account profile or other indicators of fraudulent activity.

Hach Rewards are not combinable with any other offer or promotion.

Hach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this programme at any time subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
