QBD1200+ Lab TOC Analyzer

QBD1200+ Lab TOC Analyzer
Product #: 9890310
Unit Price Contact Hach

Wet oxidation laboratory TOC analyzer with high accuracy and reproducibility compatible with 3 stations

QBD1200+ can measure TOC with high precision and reproducibility from ultrapure water of less than 1 ppm to TOC of raw water up to 100 ppm.

Reduces operating costs compared to conventional TOC meters

QBD1200+ can be operated stably with only an annual inspection. There is no need to calibrate the calibration curve, which has been routinely performed in the past. Running costs can be reduced with low reagent costs and simple maintenance work.

Supports data integrity without using management PC. Easy operability with 10.4- inch touch panel

The QBD1200+ allows configuration and report data management without a PC. Anyone can easily set up the operation of the TOC meter, and it excels in data integrity measures.

Startup is quick and daily inspections are smooth

In the case of a general TOC analyzer, it takes 2 to 3 hours for preparation before measurement, including startup, daily inspection, line cleaning, calibration curve test, and system suitability test. However, Hach Ultra's QBD1200+ only needs to perform a daily inspection called a background test that only confirms that the TOC value of the oxidant reagent is less than 100 ppb because of its fast start-up responsiveness. It is possible to start measurement in minutes, which greatly reduces the tester's process.

Compact design for easy lab installation

The QBD1200+ has a compact design that makes it easy to install in the lab.
