Temporary adjustment to freight charges

Due to fuel related surcharges introduced by our freight service providers, Hach has implemented a temporary adjustment to freight charges, effective 7 April 2026. These charges reflect current transportation cost conditions and will remain under review as market conditions evolve.

For orders with a billing and shipping destination within your region (NZ), Hach Pacific's shipping department will select the method of shipment appropriate to the merchandise ordered and will accommodate rush shipments by air at an additional charge (when regulations permit). Hazardous materials are shipped according to applicable transportation regulations. FOB shipping point for is Auckland, New Zealand. Hach Pacific reserves the right to approve carriers, modes of transportation and routing of products. Delivery is complete when Hach Pacific places the shipment with the first carrier. Shipments in transit are the responsibility of the buyer. Should your purchase not reach its destination, call 09 579 0141 for assistance in tracking your shipment. If freight appears to be damaged upon receipt, do not accept it from the carrier. If acceptance has been completed and hidden damage is discovered, contact the carrier for assistance in filing a claim.
